Johnson & Johnson approached Ion Global in 2002 in its search for a new agency to manage their site and to provide seamless online marketing support.
Since then, Ion Global has helped Acuvue establish some of the industry's best online practices including the e-Trial program, a marketing system to track actual purchase behavior. The system has been subsequently copied by Acuvue's competitors and helps Acuvue convert its prospective consumers into purchasers.
A real time web-based reporting system was also developed to track and analyse marketing results. The system enables Acuvue to instantly track marketing and financial data such as inventory and order placement information online.
Ion Global is also responsible for their media buying, general online marketing and statistical analysis of online marketing results.
