Korea Telecom Freetel (KTF) approached Ion Global for user interface (UI) consultation on a project that aimed to standardise its UI across all KTF services.
Ion Global began the task by working closely with KTF and interviewing the UI Development Team and related departments. An intensive analysis was also conducted on the UI requirements of Korea and other countries. Based on the results of usability tests, Ion Global identified user needs and created a KTF standard UI document and basic UI guideline for KTF to follow.
