Samsung Electronics AV Connection Online Guide
Samsung Electronics has produced numerous Home AV applicances and understands that consumers depend on its customer support for help. It approached Ion Global to reduce the load on its customer support by improving the effectiveness of its online manual.

Ion Global developed a Flash application that illustrates the connection and cabling between any combination of devices. The application extracts the appropriate specifications from Samsung Electronics' product database and creates a custom connection diagram, using a rendering algorithm developed by Ion Global.
