Gael has nine years' sales, marketing and operations experience working in the luxury hotel and resort, restaurant and large-scale private event industries. He has worked with the chairman of The Leading Hotels of the World, two Hilton properties and more recently, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, the flagship of the five-star hotel chain.
With a degree from the world's first hotel management school (Lausanne) and experience in pre-opening properties, Gael has also constantly pursued his passion for information technology. Along with his marketing duties, he was a systems analyst for Newmarket's Delphi sales system and developed a new restaurant reservations system for Hyatt during his corporate training.
When not at work, Gael and his family have friends over for barbecues and long discussions on bettering the world.
