Wilson brings to Ion Global over 10 years of experience in Internet technologies and remembers the day when the first version of Netscape 0.9 was released. He has worked with multinational companies such as Reuters, DHL, Unisys, and as an independent IT Security Consultant. Clients that he has worked with in the past include HSBC, ABN AMRO, Boom.com, Hong Kong Land, Hospital Authority, Housing Authority and Cheung Kong Holdings.
Prior to joining Ion Global, Wilson was an independent IT Security Consultant based in Hong Kong. He also has extensive experience in the on-line financial sector when he was working with Reuters as Internet Business Manager responsible for the Greater China region.
Wilson has been in Hong Kong since 1984 when a project brought him back to Asia. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Lafayette College. When he is not working, he can be found riding his BMW motorcycle around Hong Kong and touring in Asia.
